Die-cutting
We die-cut, emboss, crease and perforate paper, cardboard, solid board, corrugated board, printed sheets and plastic sheets on modern die-cutting machines as well as on various die-cutters for both small and large formats.
The necessary die-cutting tools can be provided or made according to customer specifications.
Thanks to our extensive machinery, contract processing of customer-supplied sheets is possible quickly and flexibly on request.

AUTOMATIC DIE-CUTTERS
Our automatic die-cutting machines are used to process larger runs of 2000 - 150000 die-cut sheets quickly and efficiently.
- Die-cut sheet format: 350 x 500 mm up to max. 1410 x 1010 mm
- Die-cut format: max. 1390 x 980 mm
- Material: (solid) cardboard, paperboard, printed sheets, folding boxboard etc. up to max. 2.5 mm (80 to approx. 1400 g/m²) and corrugated cardboard (also laminated) up to max. 5 mm
PUNCHING DIE-CUTTERS
Our punching platens are adjusted according to the sheet format (small and large formats). This enables a cost-efficient realisation of your projects with 250 to 5000 die-cut sheets.
- Die-cut sheet format: 300 x 300 mm to max. 2050 x 1240 mm
- Die-cut format: max. 2030 x 1230 mm
- Material: (solid) cardboard, paperboard, printed sheets, folding boxboard etc. up to max. 5 mm (80 to approx. 2000 g/m²) and corrugated cardboard (also laminated) up to max. 7.5 mm as well as lightweight foam boards up to max. 10 mm
