DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS
1. Delivery Time
Orders paid in advance are dispatched within the delivery period stated in the order confirmation, starting from the date payment is received. In all other cases, delivery will take place within the period stated in the order confirmation. If clarification is required to process the order, the delivery time begins only once all necessary information has been provided by the customer.

Ordered items are delivered by freight carriers or parcel services.

The exact shipping cost will be shown in the shopping cart after all desired items have been added. The shipping service listed serves as a reference only. We reserve the right to choose a different suitable provider if necessary — the calculated shipping cost will, of course, remain the same.
Deliveries to German Islands:
For parcel deliveries (sizes S + M), a surcharge of €12.00 will be added. For larger parcels or freight deliveries, an automatic calculation is unfortunately not possible. We will gladly provide the cost upon request.

For deliveries to foreign islands, an island surcharge will be applied. We are happy to provide the cost upon request, as it cannot be automatically calculated by the system.

Shipping is carried out at the buyer’s/customer’s request and risk (§ 447 BGB). The shipping companies we engage are liable for transport damage under statutory provisions. To secure claims against the carrier, transport damage must be confirmed by the recipient on the delivery note (with a damage note and the delivery driver’s signature) and reported to us.
The deadlines for reporting transport damage follow legal requirements. Obvious defects must be reported immediately; hidden defects must be reported as soon as they are discovered.
Returns are only accepted after prior telephone consultation. We cannot accept freight collect (postage unpaid) returns.
5. Availability for Delivery
In the event of labor disputes, government actions, force majeure, or other similar events beyond our control that demonstrably impair our ability to deliver, the delivery period is extended by the duration of the disruption.
6. Note
Prices do not include statutory VAT; it is shown separately on the invoice at the rate applicable on the invoice date. For deliveries within the European Union (EU), no VAT will be charged if you provide your valid VAT identification number during checkout.
