PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are available:

1. Credit card

You can conveniently pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express (AmEx) credit card. Before submitting the order, you provide your credit card details. Once your details have been verified the payment transaction will be automatically carried out by the payment service provider Stripe and your card will be charged. This payment method is only available for online orders. 

2. PayPal / PayPal Express

During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. Once the order is placed in the online store, we then request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. This will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. For orders that do not take place via the online store, we will be happy to provide you with our PayPal address on request. 

3. Invoice

If you pay by invoice, we will ship the goods first and you will receive the invoice afterwards. You can transfer the invoice amount within the payment period stated on the invoice to the account stated there. Payments on account are possible for companies, public institutions, educational institutions and existing customers - provided sufficient creditworthiness. 

4. Prepayment

In the case of prepayment, we will give you our bank details by e-mail in the order confirmation and dispatch the goods upon receipt of payment.
