Composition:

Paper made from a blend of cellulose and grass fibers.

Applications:

Grass Paper features a satin finish with visible grass fibers, giving the material a unique and natural appearance. It is ideal for graphic applications such as brochures, envelopes, greeting cards, labels, as well as packaging and folding cartons. The combination of natural texture and eco-friendly aesthetics is also perfect for luxury packaging for cosmetics, wines, and spirits. In the point of sale (POS) sector, grass paper is used for hang tags, displays, and price tags, among other purposes.

Further processing:

The sustainable paperboard is suitable for a variety of printing techniques such as offset printing, letterpress printing, screen printing, embossing, and hot foil stamping. Excellent print results are achieved due to the satin finish and the optimized cellulose-grass blend. Smooth processing is also possible: laminating, die-cutting, digital cutting etc.

Sustainability:

Grass Paper/ Grass Board is FSC® certified and can be easily and cost-effectively recycled as 100% recyclable material in paper waste. The grass comes from non-cultivated fields and meadows. In crop rotation and soil renewal cycles, these extensively managed meadows are a crucial component of sustainable agriculture. Through the use of rapidly renewable and responsibly sourced raw materials, grass paper is a particularly sustainable paper quality.

We offer Grass Paper from stock in 0.35 mm (300 gsm).
Special formats and/or special thicknesses are possible on request.
Lamination to 600 gsm is available on request.
