DILITE® (Aluminium composite panels)
Cost-effective alternative for flat applications!
Composition:
DILITE’s white top layers, matt on both sides and covered with protective film, are made of 0.2 mm thick aluminum (DIBOND®: 0.3 mm), with a core of polyethylene (LDPE). Fire protection class / fire protection certificate: Euroclass D-s2, d0 according to DIN EN 13501-1 // B2 according to DIN 4102-1
Applications:
DILITE® is mainly used for lamination or as a carrier board and in the area of trade fair construction, POS/POP display, interior design and for cladding.
Further processing:
DILITE® is a cost-effective alternative compared to similar aluminum composite panels and is only recommended for flat applications - for applications with pre-processing and finishing such as milled edges or bending, we recommend DIBOND®. The aluminum composite panel is lightweight with comparatively high stability, has a smooth surface and is therefore well suited for screen printing, direct digital printing and as a lamination panel. Alu-DILITE® is temperature resistant (from -30°C to +80°C).
