Extremely stable white paperboard with PE coating

Construction:

Paperboard with a white core, white carton liners on both sides and a PE coating (moisture barrier). The innovative dust-free sinus honeycomb core gives SWEDBOARD® outstanding strength and exceptional rigidity – even compared to other honeycomb boards.

Applications:

SWEDBOARD® Fibre Premium White is primarily used for 3D constructions with V-grooves, such as load-bearing POS displays and technical applications. It is also ideal for small and large format signs, hanging displays, standees, contour-cut logos, window displays, shopfitting and exhibition stands.
You can also order fully customised printed tabletop displays made from honeycomb board in DIN A4 and A5, as well as sustainable A-board signs in A1 and XL from KOHLSCHEINcreative.com.

Processing:

The brilliant white PE-coated liners of SWEDBOARD® Fibre Premium White are ideally suited for digital printing and screen printing. The coating prevents cracking in all directions during folding, making the board particularly suitable for V-grooving and contour cutting. It can easily be cut using a digital cutting table or a knife/cutter, enabling creative free-form designs. A unique feature of these honeycomb boards is that they can also be screwed together. Special screws with oversized threads have been developed specifically for the SWEDBOARD® core. We are happy to provide details on availability upon request.

Sustainability:

SWEDBOARD® Fibre Premium White is FSC® certified and, as a 100% recyclable material, can be disposed of easily and cost-effectively.
Made from renewable and responsibly sourced raw materials, this paperboard is a recyclable alternative to plastic boards (e.g. PVC foam boards).

As a SWEDBOARD® Fibre Premium White distributor, we offer the boards in a thickness of 16 mm and a stock sheet size of 1600 × 3050 mm.
We also cut custom sizes and free-form shapes according to your specifications: Cutting service.
