Fiber-based paperboard with high strength and exceptional material properties


Composition:

STUDIOCARD® PRO is made from 100% ECF paper fibres and is an exceptionally stable, bright white cardboard with a high-quality haptics. The high-strength sheet material features identical, very smooth surfaces on both sides.

Applications:

STUDIOCARD® PRO is ideal for signage (signs, displays, ceiling hangers), graphics, displays and visual communication at the point of sale / point of purchase. The high-quality, FSC®-certified board is also used for trade shows, exhibitions & events, art  supplies, model building, gift and loyalty cards, as well as hotel key cards and door hangers.

Further Processing:

The bright white surfaces of STUDIOCARD® PRO are printable on both sides and offer a premium look & feel. The sheet material is ideal for various printing processes such as large-format digital printing, litho/offset printing or screen printing. Very good flatness, high stability, excellent printing and processing properties as well as clean cutting edges enable optimal further processing: Die-cutting and digital cutting.

Sustainability:

STUDIOCARD® PRO is PVC free, FSC®-certified, 100% recyclable and can be easily and cost-effectively disposed as waste paper. By using renewable & responsibly sourced raw materials (100% ECF paper fibers) this technical board is a fiber-based, eco-friendly alternative to plastic sheets (PVC/PP).

(Special) sizes & freeforms:

KOHLSCHEIN offers STUDIOCARD® PRO in 0.5 mm and 0.75 mm thickness in formats from 1,020 x 720 mm to 1,000 x 2,000 mm. As a manufacturer, we produce custom formats and/or custom thicknesses on request on our roll laminating machine.
We are happy to cut custom sizes or freeforms according to your specifications: Cutting service.
