KAPA® bright (Lightweight foam boards)

Bright white foam board with silk matt top layers - excellent for printing!
Composition:

Sandwich panel with bright white, FSC®-certified matt surfaces, wood-free paper and an insert of colour-matched, bright white foam.

Applications:

KAPA® bright lightweight boards are ideal for 3D presentation solutions, POS/POP display applications, advertising stands, (architectural) model making as well as fill-in-panel for trade fair construction systems or as a carrier board for signage.

Further processing:

The top layers with a high degree of whiteness and natural satin sheen are ideal for large format (inkjet) digital printing as well as screen printing. KAPA® bright lightweight foam boards can be further processed without problems: simple cutting (with a cutter/knife or digital cutting plotter) enables creative free forms.

(Special) sizes and freeforms:

As a leading 3A distributor, we offer the entire KAPA® bright range in all thicknesses and formats.
We are happy to cut individual (special) sizes such as 1400 x 1500 mm and free forms according to your specifications: cutting service.

Further features:

  • Cover layers can be processed with commercially available adhesives and colors.
  • The foam core is resistant to almost all solvents and adhesives. For adhesives containing toluene, please carry out tests beforehand.
  • Service temperature continuous Td = -20 to 100°C; short-term Tk = up to 160°C
  • Fire protection class: B3
  • pH value: 7.5 (acid-free)
  • Meets the following standards: DIN ISO 9001:2008, DIN ISO 14001:2004 & BS OHSAS 18001:2007
