Composition:

Honeycomb boards (also called “honeycomb cardboard” or “honeycomb panels”) with top layers of uncoated kraftliner and a stable honeycomb core of kraft paper.

Applications:

Small and large format signs, hanging signs, display stands and contour cut logos, shop window decoration, POS/POP displays, in-store design, store and model construction, furniture construction, exhibition stands etc. Therefore honeycomb panels are ideal for sustainable advertising media in the interior use and are an ecologically responsible and 100% recyclable alternative to PVC rigid foam panels and other plastic panels. Furthermore, this honeycomb board is used as lamination board for roll material such as digital prints or foils.

Further processing:

The kraftliner face sheets of the FALCONBOARD™ Mount direct printing plates are generally suitable for flatbed printing processes such as direct digital printing and screen printing. (Please perform tests in advance to check whether your print design is suitable for this plate). Easy cutting (by digital cutting plotter or cutter knife) allows creative free forms. V-groove and contour cuts are also possible.
