Composition:

Pure pulp with 10% hemp from Europe

Applications:

Hemp Paper is ideal for artists' and office use, e.g. for brochures, greeting cards and stationery. Due to its high-quality, matt look and soft feel, hemp paper is also used in the POS sector for hang tags, display purposes and price tags as well as a material for carrier bags and packaging. In contrast to wood paper, hemp paper hardly yellows and has a much longer shelf life.

Further processing:

The pH-neutral and acid-free paperboard is ideally suited for a variety of printing techniques such as offset printing, letterpress, screen printing, blind embossing and hot foil stamping. Due to the long fibres, hemp paper has a high tensile, tear and wet strength and is optimally suited for further processing: laminating, die-cutting, digital cutting etc.

Sustainability:

Hemp paper is FSC®-certified and, as a 100% recyclable material, can be disposed of easily & inexpensively in waste paper. The long hemp fibres improve the recycling cycle and can be reused particularly often. The cultivation itself is also extremely sustainable: the hemp plant is pest-resistant and easy to care for, can be harvested three times a year and yields four to five times as much paper as a forest of the same size. By using rapidly renewable & responsibly sourced raw materials, hemp paper is a particularly sustainable paper quality.

We offer Hemp Paper from stock in 0.5 mm (320 gsm).
Special formats and/or special thicknesses are possible on request.
Lamination to 640 gsm is available on request.
