FOAM-X® (Lightweight foam boards)
Inexpensive all-rounder for short-term decoration applications!
Composition:

Sandwich panel with top layers of coated paper and an insert of light-coloured PUR hard foam. A large part of the paper surfaces used for the production of FOAM-X® are already FSC®-certified.

Applications:

FOAM-X® panels are ideal for signage, mood boards and presentations, as well as for 3D applications such as shop window decoration, POS/POP displays, trade fair stands and (architectural) model making.

Further processing:

The top layers of paper can be printed using digital printing as well as screen printing. Simple cutting (by cutter/knife or digital cutting plotter) enables creative free forms.

(Special) sizes and freeforms:

As a leading distributor we offer FOAM-X® in many thicknesses and sizes.
FOAM-X® in 15 mm thickness is no longer available after the current stock has been sold.
We are happy to cut individual (special) formats and free-forms according to your specifications: cutting service.

Further features:

  • Cover layers can be processed with commercially available adhesives and colours
  • The foam core is resistant to almost all solvents and adhesives. For adhesives containing toluene, please carry out tests beforehand.
  • Service temperature permanent Td = -20 to 100°C; short-term Tk = up to 160°C
  • pH value: 8.8 (acid-free)
  • Meets the following standards: DIN ISO 9001:2008, DIN ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007
  • Made in Germany
