Composition:
DENIM BOARD consists of 50% recycled denim fibres and 50% wood-free pulp. The distinctive look and its special feel make this jeans board a real eye-catcher. As with "real" jeans, DENIM BOARD has variations in colour shade and surface structure, which contribute to the individual character of the board.
Applications:
Jeans paperboard is ideal for high-quality packaging, boxes, business cards, labels, hang tags / price tags and display purposes. The sustainable board is also used for visual communication at the POS, e.g. for advertising stands and decorations.
Further processing:
DENIM BOARD can be printed using offset, digital, screen and letterpress printing and is age-resistant, pH neutral and acid-free. In addition, the board can be optimally processed: laminating, die-cutting, digital cutting etc.
Sustainability:
DENIM BOARD is an upcycling product and 100% recyclable material. Therefore, it can be disposed of easily and cost-effectively as waste paper.
(Special) formats and free forms:
As a distributor, KOHLSCHEIN offers DENIM BOARD in 0.5 mm (350 gsm) as standard.
Special formats and/or special thicknesses (e.g. as glued version in 1.0 mm) are possible on request.
